A good space saver
Slightly bigger and heavier than I expected. I’ve actually used it more than expected since delivery, we have have a few problems that needed attention. I’ve only used the ladder as a step ladder so far, and once you get the hang of putting it up and down it works well I feel safe at the top when it’s fully extended, it seems very stable to me, but a little difficult to move to a different position when extended, but with a little practice I’m getting there, however, I don’t think I’d be happy using it as a single ladder, unless in an emergency, I have a full size double extension ladder to use when necessary. The ladder fits perfectly in the boot of my car, and on the whole happy with it, the only problem is that the Velcro strip that holds the ladder for transfers doesn’t hold, so you can’t carry it vertically you have to carry horizontally which is ok when I remember.

Not a substitute for fixed ladder
A great portable and easy to store ladder. But it is not a substitute for a fixed ladder. The rungs spacing is much greater; which makes going up and down more tricky. It is much less stiff than a fixed ladder, there is noticeable flex. This can be disconcerting and at maximum length the ladder bends to an extent that you are much closer to vertical than with a fixed ladder. This can make it difficult to work at height.Again great if you want to stick it in a car or have nowhere to store a fixed length ladder but it is very compromised as a result.

Sturdy and compact
Feel sturdy and pack away really small. Not the lightest as still need help to carry them upstairs. A bit fiddly to collapse down and watch your fingers but overall i am really pleased as much easier than storing a massive ladder

Space saver
Excellent product. Used it a few times. Very compact to store in the house. No need to get to shed during winter to get my bigger ladder. Happy I bought this item

Death trap
If you had an ounce of intelligence you would never use these as extension ladder, just steps. They are a death trap, so much flexibility in the middle of the ladder that the ladder foot slips. Do not buy.
