"All" doesn't mean "all," especially in automotive, I guess. After using these as an adapter to an LED conversion kit I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure out why I could not get either the low-beams or the high-beams to work correctly. After spending some time (too much time) on Google trying to figure out why it became clear that Mitsubishi and Dodge have a very different wiring setup using the 9003/HB2. It's a common 12v power wire that has 2 different ground wires that control the high and low beams. Would have been nice to know that, no, it does not work before buying it.

I've got a 92 Camaro RS and I bought these headlights to switch over from some well used Sylvania and realized I needed some adapters after they arrived.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZKC1LNY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_E30VP9DJDZZ50SKFZBH8After doing a bit of research and making sure I knew what I needed I went with these and they worked perfectly. Just make sure to follow instructions and they will set up perfectly after a bit of work. If you're looking to set up the halos with your running lights like I did you will have to do a bit of electrical work but it's pretty smooth with a YouTube video to follow along.

Used these to convert my '86 El Camino to H4 LED's. Saved a pile of time from making my own, fit nicely, pins locked in firmly, just no complaints whatsoever.
