Q: Is this is a real crayon?Or is it for dolls?

They're "real." They are erasers, about 3-4 inches long. They DO NOT color, they are rubber. They're not for dolls. I bought them and gave them as rewards to my kindergarteners and second graders. They loved them.

Q: What is the width? I am putting them in balloons for a balloon piñata.

I don't know the exact diameter, but they are much wider than a regular crayon - more like the size of the fat crayons for little kids. I would say close to 1/2" around. You might be able to push them through the balloon opening.
