A game every family should own!
This is a wonderful game! I purchased it this year just before Christmas. All our children are busy, young adults ranging from age 16-23. They tend to wander off into their own little worlds after opening gifts and eating. This year, we decided to try The Christmas Game to see what would happen. It actually went great! There are many, many different cards to choose from, and you will be able to find multiple appropriate ones no matter what the age of your children. We are all looking forward to next year when we can read what we wrote in the Memory Book as well as in the Time Capsule activity that we used. I would recommend this to anyone for their family whether their children are 3 or if they're 20! It's a great way to extend the celebration and make Christmas about what it should really be--celebrating the birth of Christ, family togetherness, and creating memories.

but I was looking for a good family game for our adult family
I really didn't know what to expect with this game, but I was looking for a good family game for our adult family. This game has fun activities and memories alike. There are different categories of cards such as: presents, projects, togetherness, and memories. If done right (which my family doesn't like to do-I'm working on that), then it can really help bond the family! We loved it! My only advice would be to look at the cards ahead of time and plan for some of them. Some of them, you need materials for, so next year I will plan for those.

and having fun together on Christmas morning
This kept our family together for 4 hours, opening presents, sharing, and having fun together on Christmas morning. My teenage sons said it made opening presents a lot more fun, and my 21 year-old son said it also made it more meaningful. It was truly a blessing to our whole family. We will definitely use it from now on each Christmas.
