Fascinating, Enjoyable and a little Unnerving.
I thought it was a good book. One of a kind. In some cases I think the author may be stretching it with some of his photo interpretation, but in most cases, not.Others have criticized his writing. I do not think it is poorly written. It is written like many people talk, and that keeps it real, in a sense. Sure, it could have used some more proofreading. The style has slowed me down a bit, but in some ways this is good because a person really needs to stop, think and analyze the content and the writing forces that.I'm always a little skeptical, but I think this book is the real deal and I do not think he is hoaxing us.

Sets the bar for quality.
The amount of work put into this book not to mention its overall quality will put the majority of other Bigfoot books to shame. The evidence that Mr.Carpenter puts forth might be on the fringe of "mainstream" Bigfoot research but it is none the less backed up with full color photos and flawless in depth descriptions. The theories that Mr. Carpenter puts forth may be hard to digest by some readers but as a whole It is still an important piece in the Bigfoot puzzle that so many are helping to link together.

Fascinating
I had a hard time putting this book down. Scott Carpenter is a true bigfoot researcher. He takes his time with patience and persistence to let the bigfoot people acclimate to his prescence.By reading this book, I 've learned a lot about certain bigfoot behaviors and some interesting theories on why bigfoot is so elusive.Scott ends his book in such a way as to have his readers wanting more.A must read for anyone interested in bigfoot.

"Out there"
I would only recommend this to those that have done a lot of reading about Sasquatch/Bigfoot and who truly either are believers or or are very comfortable with "out of the box" thinking - at the science fiction or fantasy level. Although I believe Bigfoot is real, this will one day either be a seminal work in having assess the truth about bigfoot or it will remain in oblivion. I hope it's the former :)

This BF investigator thought of puting a camera on shoulder ...
This BF investigator thought of puting a camera on shoulder backwards to get pictures of bigfoot and also got some Dogmen/Werewolf photos also. He uses computer program/ Artistic interpretation to draw potraits of the Bigfoot which all look different and some look human. True non fiction. Encounters in Smokey Mts. tennessee park near his house. The bf followed him to his house also, which apparently is common. Its basically a diary or journal of his excursions out bigfooting and what happened.

Sloppy Writing on the Very First Page
I wanted to read this book but in the very first page of the Preface, I found many elementary school-level writing mistakes. For example: "That he eats, breaths, and lives in the forest": a misspelling of "breathes." For example: "It is not of matter of `I believe' Bigfoot exist, to be frank I know he exist": "of matter" rather than "a matter" and "he exist" rather than "he exists." If Mr. Carpenter cannot even respect the reader enough to perform basic proofreading on his text, or hire a competent proofreader, I will not read beyond the first page. Whatever valuable content this book may hold is sabotaged by unprofessional presentation.

The most ridiculous bigfoot book I've read.
It's amazing that this researcher is able to capture bigfoot on camera virtually every week when he goes into the bush. He never really sees them in person but somehow finds their faces in the shadows while reviewing the footage he shoots. I've read the majority of the books published on this subject in the last 30 years. This one stands out as the most unbelievable of any of them.
