Lyon's Heart (The Lyon) Paperback – December 16, 2013

What can I say - extremely entertaining. Colt and Kat are an excellent pair, so much love, so much dominance by Colt but all for the right reasons. Colts mom and dad (affectionately known as the pothead) come a close second.I haven't laughed so much or hard when reading a book.Lyon's crew is once again a force to be reckoned with, all are one large family.I have read the first 2 books and looking forward to reading the remaining books in this series.I recommend reading this book for an enjoyable romp in family life.

This book made me laugh and cry at the same time. I loved how Colton thinks Everytime something changes with the kids that it's something he can control or he blames his wife for it. Gotta love him in more ways than one.

Mrs. Jordan is a "new" author to me but I am so glad I took a shot on her when I saw her on my recommendations.She writes about super Alpha heroes who goes after their heroines , sometimes bordering on obsession. Some may not like that but I totally love it. Her heroes are strong and protective who goes after what they want. I have found that lacking in some of the other heroes out there. It seems the trend nowadays are heroes that are tortured bordering on wimpy.Mrs. Jordan shows us that love is all-consuming, as it should. All of her books , and yes I own and have read all of them (except one, for full disclosure) have very strong themes of love and loyalty, commitment and faith, family and friendship, and justice. She takes all of these and somehow spins them and comes up with such great stories. The hot sex scenes in all of her books ain't bad, either. Her take on how a man and woman express their love is truly the most erotic that I have read.Lyon's Heart is part of a series . It is not a stand- alone story so I definitely recommend that the readers should start from Book 1.Lyon's Heart has everything that I have come to love about Mrs. Jordan's books.All the elements are there for a perfect erotic love story. I really love how the story is about Colton and Kat's lives as a married couple with kids. Mrs. Jordan'stried and true formula of love, family and hot sex scenes are all here.I think Jordan Silver books should be an auto-buy. She never disappoints, and that is rare nowadays among the many who calls themselves romance writers.And readers should check out her fb page. Her fb page features chapter by chapter release of some of her books. Her relationship with her readers is amazing and refreshing in this day and age.Keep it up, Mrs Jordan!

Simply hilarious and outrageous, I can't stop laughing. Colton (Colt) is the epitome of your exemplary alpha male with protective and control issues no matter how well meaning his intentions are. In this book he went to another level with his protective issues even though no one really bought in to his ravings, they all lived to regret it seeing that he was not wrong on each issue. Katarina (Kat) took testing his patience to another level and live to regret it and learned eventually to trust his instincts no matter how crazed he might come across.I love love these characters no matter how insane they come across at times. Daniel is something else when he gets up to his antics even though to him there is always logic to his madness. Elena and her girls are just devious, manipulative and coocoo at times but trust me, you always want those ladies on your side and try to never get on their bad side. The honorary grandfathers (Cy and Grimaldi) keep helping Kat to thwart Colton all the time and they are just hilarious with their pranks. The crew just sits back and get a belly full of laughs from all their antics and lots of food as bonus.But then you have the crazy and jealous ones who tries everything to put a wrench in Kat and Colt's happiness. That Colt refuse to have happen and he decided that he his willing to go all out to protect what and all that is his.

I love the craziness that is Colton Lyon. Lyon's Heart is a fun fast paced and steamy Christmas story, Colton Lyon style. It starts with him dealing with their first pregnancy and Caitie bears birth, and adjusting to being a dad. OMG, the man is crazy. He is a great dad. Than it's babies first Christmas. Colton wants his Caitie bear's to be perfect. Day's before Xmas he is dealing with a mystery women with amnesia, who his gut says is trouble. His gut is never wrong. His crew has his back but he needs some bigger guns so he calls in a friend, Travis Mallory (Rough Rider), to get some answers. A always Lyon:s gut doesn't lie. Travis does him a solid. Caitie's first Christmas is a success.The epilogue picks up 14 years later. . .5 kids, 3 boys, and 2 girls who are just like him, until they do something crazy than their Kat's. Colt is faced with first dates, his 11 year old twin boys pulling stunts on his bike with his 9 year old right behind. Then their is his baby girl all of 5 with 3 boyfriends, painting herself some tatts and trying to convince her dad that she need a real one and a bellybutton ring to go with them. Just a day in the life of Colton Lyon.

God that Colton Lyons......mmmm.....and his beautiful wife Kat.... absolutely loved these two. The dedication he had for his family. The protector he is.

Completely love this story I can't even guess how many times I've read this story and I still find something new about it

This series of books has brought joy to my heart. I haven't laughed so hard about characters in a book in a very long time. The way you make Colton Lyon look and feel is a gift. Keep up the good work. For anyone who wants a great reading experience read this series.

I ABSOLUTELY love ALL her books.whilst COLT drives me insane trying to protect Kat. and his children I LAUGHED all the way through these books the extended family are memorable and as well as the laughter there's also some seriousness in the situations they find themselves in because of Kat's past. This series is one of the best I've ever read. Should be able to give ten stars. Jordan always gives us sexy alpha gorgeous men who can be overwhelming but yummy.

Poor Colton is at his wits end with his wife and daughter. All he wants is to celebrate Catie Bears first Xmas. We have competing grand parents, strange women on the driveway and two many unanswered questions for Colton to relax....sadly know one takes him seriously until it's too late!

I cant even bring myself to finish the book it is that far fetched i just keep screaming at the book that you would never do those things. I loved the first book I wish i would have stopped there. I know it's only a story but i think it went way over stupid.

Have loved this series. Colton is lustworty and hot but also made me laugh at the same time. Sad the story is over tho cause it kept me up until i finished it all. Cant wait to read more from Jordan Silver.

This book wad slow to g r.e. t going however I totally enjoyed It and would recommend that you read it as it really finish the series.
