It broke quickly and seller would not respond
I loved the idea of a robot vacuum and when I was recommended this model by a friend ( who also purchased it on Amazon) I thought why not. The unit would not return to the dock and I reported it to the seller who told me i had to go to the manufacturer which I thought odd but tried anyway. The manufacturer told me I had to get the seller to deal with it. The seller would not respond to me, after all I didn't want a refund , I simply wanted a working replacement .After several attempts and no response from the seller I then raised a case with Amazon and was eventually refunded via their claim process. I have since bought another from a different more reliable seller!!

A great product, especially if you don't like vacuuming.
An excellent vacuum cleaner for empty, defined spaces. It can get stuck if you don't move obstacles first. Minor gripe: our old Roomba, which we've had for eight years, which is great, had a carrying handle. This new one doesn't. It seems to be a pointless money saving omission of such a useful facility.

Quiet and efficient
I don't know how I managed without my Roomba 606! It's quick and very thorough, makes very little noise even on wooden floorboards. It's so easy to use that I do the floors more often which keeps dust levels down and means that I don't have to get the duster out every day!
