I keep both this and the ionic fizz magnesium plus on hand at all times. I rotate, depending on how much calcium I am able to take in through my diet. I drink this at night and it really seems to help with keeping muscle cramps at bay and supporting a solid night's sleep. I notice if I miss more than a day or two, foot cramps come back and I seem to not sleep as well. Regular use seems to ease perimenopausal symptoms and general irritability. I eat well and exercise, but know that with the amount of stress life presents these days, the extra boost from this product helps my body ride it out a little better. And it taste likes tang. Groovy. I recommend this product and have bought it for loved ones as well.

I purchased this after having back surgery to help with calcium intake (cow juice just isn't my thing) but have found it more helpful than I ever imagined.The magnesium helps me relax which is quite difficult after major surgery. My body was having a terrible time with the narcotic pain medications; it made me very irregular and created great discomfort. With so much medication already my system it was disheartening to take more pills to find relief. This product makes me more regular and replaces the need for two other prescription medications. Its also comforting to know that I'm taking enough calcium each day to help with my bones fuse properly.This product has been a total life saver. I highly recommend it for those who are recovering from any type of bone related injury / surgery.

The product description makes perfect sense. Calcium and Magnesium in an absorbable form. I have been taking oyster shell calcium (as directed by my doctor) for many, many years and yet the results of my bone density scan show osteoprosis. I have to believe that the oyster shell calcium was not being absorbed by my bones. Gotta wonder if it is in my arteries making plaque. Anyway, this product claims to have optimum balance of the minerals required for absorbtion. The only thing that I have a small issue with is that it claims to be Non-tart. I find my taste to be somewhat tart but not enough to stop me from using the product. I am going to try the Mixed Berry flavor next. Did not like the Raspberry Lemonade flavor.

I have used other products in the past but this one is by far the best tasting and works great. I have used this for over 5 years now and I am in my 50's. My calcium levels are great in my blood work, my tests for not having any signs of osteoporosis are also great! The magnesium helps my stress and only takes about 30 minutes for it to kick in! It also helped some of my family members and friends PMS.
