The ringing bell is so quiet you can barely hear it, the light on top very dim. And yes new batteries in machine. Could have been better built.

The machine works well but appears to be used and not in new condition. The handle is damaged as shown in the image. The machine is also made of plastic and not aluminum as indicated in the add.
