Q: Is the product non-denatured?

Organic 17 is one of only two protein supplements I found that are concentrates, and not isolates. Dr. Mercola's is the only other I have found. Jay Robb used to be, but no longer. I spoke with people at Protein 17 to confirm the concentrating process that does not denature the protein (acids, extraction, etc.), and it is similar to Mercola's, but Protein 17's price is better. I am very pleased with quality of product.

Q: Could I mix this in with a fruit smoothie? I love having a fresh fruit and spinach smoothie. Would it clump in it?

My smoothies consist of blueberries, strawberries, banana and almond milk, I have never had any clumping problems.The protein powder is very fine, almost like talcum powder, and mixes easily.

Q: Does it dissolve in hot liquids like coffee

Best protein powder I have found, but sorry, it is like having cottage cheese in your coffee. I just tried it (just for you) in very hot coffee. I have always used it in blended protein shakes with raw eggs and other ingredients that provide a thicker consistency. I pour the protein into the already moving blender or it will stick to the sides. I recommend the product, but I'll stay with the shakes.
