If you have a small hand, this knife is for you. Very sharp but can be sharpened.

My favorite Paring Knives
I first bought these from a Pampered Chef party. They are crazy sharp, so watch yourself. One by one they ‘disappeared’. When I was down to one, I quickly ordered from Amazon. They’re always sharp, just the right size and easily get the job done. Love these knives!

Different from the Original
These are not the same as the ones I bought at a Pampered Chef party. They don't stay sharp as long but I am able to sharpen them.
