This is very similar to what I got in the hospital after the C section. Bought size M, but it seemed a bit small to me (although M was always more than enough for me), but as these panties are stretching, there is no issue at all.P.S. there is some awful translation into Russian on the package of what these panties are for, but this doesn't have any impact on the quality of the product.. lol

These are not like the hospital ones at all. They are not sturdy. They rip very easily. They are not the size advertised either, I measured and they are smaller. I bought these so I would have them and now that I need them I can't use them and it's past my return date. I'm so disappointed because the ones from the hospital were great.

I had a C-section and these were exactly like the ones from the hospital and they worked well. Great deal for how many I got.

These are exactly are pictured. Definitely washable and reusable. Very stretchy though not as stretchy as hospital ones. Can be itchy too. I suggest washing before wearing. Will not shrink.

These are much more sturdy than the hospital ones! I bought them after having my baby and would definitely recommend.

Not very comfy - they run small so I felt very compressed and also I had a hard time making pads staying in place (esp. the wings). Used for postpartum days
