Vaginal Gel 30g (Pack of 2) - Hydrating and Soothing Formula for Vaginal Dryness Relief

This product is SO good. Recommended to me by the consultant at the menopause clinic, to work alongside Estradiol, to prep for my Mirena changeover next year. I have had very severe atrophy due to menopause and incontinence. It does have a burning / stinging sensation a little to start, but I've kept at it and this has now resolved. The burning / stinging is explained as micro abrasions in the skin due to atrophy which are unhealed (they can't heal as the skin is dry and cracks). With use of Hyalofemme, it gives the skin a chance to heal and as it does so the burn / sting sensation has gone. The skin finally heals and the atrophy begins to be resolved by the hyaluronic acid in the gel. Now feeling so much better, it's very easy to use and has already made a positive difference to my life.

I was recommended this gel by my cancer nurse as I had gone very dry below after my treatment and meds also menopause played a part. This gel is a revelation and it works amazing I honestly can’t live without it, sex it’s really good again. Yes it will sting slightly when you first use after a few times then this will stop. It does say on the instructions if it stings much longer than expected then see a doctor as you have something else going on.

First application caused some stinging but not since. Not daily use, so sometimes forget a day. Applicator a bit tricky to clean, but preferred to Silk as less messy and don’t need to apply immediately before intercourse unlike other vaginal gels for menopausal symptoms. I’ve recommended to friends who are also menopausal, but can’t have HRT.
