Strong and built to last
recently purchased the BangQiao 14 Pack 4.40 Inch Plastic Deep Nursery Pots for my gardening needs, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed.First off, the pack size is perfect for someone like me who's always propagating new plants or repotting existing ones. Having 14 pots on hand means I never have to worry about running out when I need them most. The quality of these pots is top-notch. They're made of durable plastic that can withstand the elements and last through multiple growing seasons. I also appreciate the depth of the pots, which allows for ample root growth and promotes healthy, thriving plants.Another thing I love is the drainage holes at the bottom. Proper drainage is crucial for plant health, and these pots deliver in that department. Plus, the holes are just the right size to prevent soil from washing out while still allowing excess water to escape. The versatility of these pots is also worth mentioning. Whether I'm starting seeds, transplanting seedlings, or potting up mature plants, these pots handle it all with ease. And because they're reusable, they're not only cost-effective but also eco-friendly.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The BangQiao Plastic Deep Nursery Pots are a gardening essential in my book. If you're looking for reliable, durable pots to support your green thumb endeavors, look no further. These pots have got you covered.

Very sturdy
Nice thick material that will last forever. They fit perfectly in the 4" and 5" decorative glazed ceramic pots you normally get with potted orchids from the store. A little pricey but worth the quality.

Great heavy duty pots!
These extra deep pots are perfect for large Venus Fly Trap plants, starting cymbidium orchid back bulbs, or for other plants with deep root systems. The white color reflects light and prevents overheating of the root zone during summer. It is REALLY difficult to find extra deep pots. These are also made of a sturdy, thick plastic, which should hold up over time. I have these in the 5.3 inch size and the next size down.

Still great after a year full-time in the sun!
For starters, some folks have mentioned issues finding matching saucers, so let me mention the same brand has 7" saucers (for the 6.1" pots, or other sizes also available) here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XTK26K6. I LOVE these planters. I was getting tired of continually up-planting my tomatoes while waiting for the right weather for outdoor transplanting. I also wanted something I could start small squashes, pepper plants, etc. in. Then I ended up using them for all sorts of other plants too. I came back to order more smaller ones for misc. seed starting, but I'm happy to report that the large ones I left out all year round in the hot sun and they are not faded or brittle at all. Very thick plastic. I love the grey color, could wish they would also come in terra cotta and white as I've seen some saucers in. The saucers are also good and thick, and deep enough they could be used by themselves as succulent trays or the like. Very Very happy with my purchase, especially after years of buying the thinner green or black plastic divided domed kind of planters only to have those melt and warp in the heat or crack from a few months of use. I expect to have these for several years, and can't believe how inexpensive they are relative to that. They could also work as decorative planters for those that like a bit of an industrial feel. For my tastes they work better as a utilitarian seed planting pot, but I feel that for my needs they are definitely worth every penny!

Product is amazing, but shipping damages them
have purchased these a few times, and actually just purchased another two orders for them today. I had a set arrive this morning and the box was demolished, just absolutely obliterated by UPS. Looks like it went through a shredder for large boxes. And sure enough, the plantar that sits at the top of the stack has damage on one side of the rim. Sure, it's still usable, but I purchase these because they are reusable and remain in pristine condition season after season. So to have one start out already damaged is frustrating. If the seller reads this and is interested in replacing one large 6.1" pot then I'd be grateful. The pots themselves are amazing! I've tried everything, starting with peat pods, peat cups, solo cups, disintegrating cups, re-purposed water bottles, other cheaper reusable cups. Everything falls apart, or is a pain to manage. Drilling holes in dozens of solo cups takes time and doesn't evenly distribute water. Peat collects mold and falls apart in about 4 weeks. These things are perfect. They are extremely durable, so much so that UPS only managed to damage one of them despite absolutely destroying the box they came in. And that one is still usable, just ugly. They are far thicker walled than you are probably thinking. They have zero flexibility to them, which means they don't accidentally break when trying to get the plant out. But also means you have to use creative means to release the roots from the pot. I just slide a butter knife along all the edges carefully, then things slide out with a little shake. These uptake water extremely well, and yet lose no soil out the bottom. I have transitioned to ONLY using these for my preseason starts. I use the largest ones for tomatoes, the 2nd size down for peppers, and the smallest size for several other veggies that go outside almost immediately after sprouting. I grow about 150 plants per year. Just buy these, you don't be disappointed (unless UPS throws the box off a 10 story building, in which case you'll have one busted one).
