I love these supports since they fit all the other shoes I have and don't need to do any trimming to fit the shoe. Other FEET supports are so big and broad and not all shoes can accompany those $50 inserts that I feel like are, "OK" for the masses. These are unique in supporting collapsing arches and suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. For the price I ordered them again for both my kids. I really recommend these for quick relief and affordability. These were referred to me by my Podiatrist and I had never heard of them and they seem so small and flimsy but~ enjoy that first day of AHHH, relief and you will likely be a fan as well.

These are surprisingly comfortable. The fit very well in my flats as opposed to other slim insoles/orthotics. I'd say they have medium arch support, which is better than nothing, but they actually have more arch than the orthaheel slimfit dress orthotic. The size 6 insole fits a woman's size 6-8 shoe and can be trimmed if needed.

I was expecting a more substantial arch support. If you have a high arch these are not for you. Also, if you put them in a casual shoe without a sock they are fairly uncomfortable.

Product required trimming with scissors to achieve correct size. Works with most of my office shoes. Arrived quickly and priced competitively.
