John Gray (Mars.Venus products purchased on Amazon) recommended this for MS symptoms of muscle spasms. First dosage, spasms/twitches quit. I have ordered it 1x and will continue to order it. It is a combo of calcium, potassium and magnesium. This formula is Dr. Hans Nieper's. He was renowned German doctor, and many VIPs from USA went to see him during his life time.

Great Product!! Everybody should take this suppliment. Google Dr. Hans Nieper to see why I highly recommend this for everybody! It helps me sleep better and be calmer all day. One of the best ways to get calcium into the body, so it is absorbed!! Key factor, it has to be absorbed correctly or you are just wasting time and money on things that wash out of your body! This is the best product I have found so far.

Awesome product everything this man has contributed to ones health has proven (to me) to work as advertised. I tried numerous products to eliminate my leg cramps which caused me so much pain that my legs wpould hurt the next day from the cramps I had the night before. This product worked the first night. I ordered this to help me sleep primarily. The added energy would be a bonus. Upon taking it I found it actually kept me from sleeping and made me feel anxious. I also experienced strange scary dreams. This isn't the first time I have had weird reactions to magnesium but this was definitely the worst experience. I will stop trying magnesium now.

I can't tell that they are accomplishing anything. I purchased them hoping to get my blood sugar from a good, to an optimal range, and have seen no difference.
