Organic and amazing!
I found this at a local farmers market and was SO excited to be able to find it again. Ditch the Sriracha in favor of this... small business in MA with organic peppers. It has amazing flavor!

One of the best alternatives to Huy Fong Sriracha. Love it
Found the hot sauce being recommended on a reddit post and decided to grab it as I'm always looking for something new to try.Glad I did. My fiance and I absolutely love it. Taste amazing and isn't over the top hot to where you can enjoy the flavor. It's a little bit more vinegar tasting than Huy Fong Sriracha but it's a good taste.Fiance and I will be for sure ordering more!

Delicious!!!!!!!!!
I loooooove this sriracha sauce! It is amazing. The taste is phenomenal! I went through this bottle so quickly and getting ready to order another. The cap will not stay on but that isn’t a deal breaker. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Beware!!! You will be hooked. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Best Huy Fong Replacement, But You Will Still Pay
I have been through some trashy sriracha before landing on this one. Beware... some add way too much sugar, some add way too much sodium, and some just cannot get the pepper blend right at all. The former things you can catch on the label. The latter, you cannot.Depending on when they were tested, nutritional info can change over time. The original Huy Fong sriracha has anywhere from 70-80mg of sodium, 0-1g sugar, 0-1 gram of total carbs. This sriracha sauce has 1g sugar (2g carbs) and 20mg more sodium than the original. That is reasonable. But, remember that these are both by the teaspoon. Lovers of these sauces are not using a single teaspoon. There is the only rub - This bottle is less than 1/3 of the size of the typical Huy Fong I would always buy. But, I had to use half of this bottle (4oz) to get the same heat from it. I might comparatively use about 1-2 ounces of the original Huy Fong sriracha. So, This works out to $6 per serving for this one, for me. (At the time of this review, it was $12 for an 8oz bottle, but Huy Fong is going for $50-$150 for 28 oz bottles due to shortages.)It's organic and that's nice. Maybe that is why it is less strong, though? "Poison always tastes better," my Chinese wife likes to say. She is not wrong.I have also had the cap issues that some others have been having. It's not a deal-breaker. Just, like most men will know, keep it as close to the bowl as possible, in case it is going to go sideways."Kitchen Garden Farm", listen up! I love ya. You're saving us. But, this is going to die as soon as Huy Fong gets his house in order. Now is the time to perfect this mix. Add more heat. The background flavor is very close! Make us use less... much, much less, in order to enjoy this in the same way. Your only selling point is going to be that it's organic, once the original bounces back. Theirs, at normal prices, is way more economical to enjoy. I don't know if it's just too much water.... or not enough of the spicy peppers... or what. You're the experts. I'm just sharing what I can to try to help, because competition is always best and I want you to succeed, here. <3

Delicious!
I was so glad to find this, especially with there being a shortage of Sriracha sauce these days. Great flavor and tasted just like the brand that I can no longer find in my grocery store.

Layered Flavor with the Sriracha Heat
I wouldn't guess that my favorite sriracha comes from New Hampshire but this is a very good sauce, more layered than the famous Rooster sauce
