A watery white cream shampoo with an odd scent that I keep smelling with every turn of my head. Didn't lather up very well, but it did clean my hair. I purposely didn't use conditioner so I could see just how hydrating and nourishing this expensive shampoo really is. Pulling a comb through was challenging because my hair was tangled after rinsing. My regular shampoo doesn't do this even when I don't use conditioner. After blow drying, my hair had lost its soft feeling, and had a brittle feel to it. The shine and luster were gone. If you've ever had product build up stripped out of your hair, this is what it looked and felt like. A couple of times a year, I will strip my hair and apply a really good conditioner after. I will treat this as a strip and apply a good hair mask on my next wash. The price of such a small amount is way too much for a shampoo that doesn't do what it says it will do. There are other quality products on the market that offer more quantity for less money. For the record, I have medium length, layered brown hair that is well taken care of. Maybe other hair types will have better luck.

I like this shampoo. Of course, I mainly use shampoos with oils in them. I have color treated fine hair and it needs help. I also live in Florida, so you know I have prime humidity and taming the frizzes needs all the help I can give it. I have used this shampoo and the conditioner and my hair feels great. I generally let it dry naturally. I like the scent of the shampoo and it does a nice job cleansing without stripping. Sure, the bottle could be better designed and a sealer put on the top of the bottle so it doesn't leak, but I still like it. I will be looking for other items they may make.

While I'm enjoying using MYSTIC hair care products, and I appreciate the natural thoughtful ingredients, I don't notice "enough" difference in my dry hair to make this a repeat purchase. I'm sure it is a quality shampoo and I love the ingredient list. I definitely recommend trying it for yourself because if you're seeking for a very natural shampoo, it may work awesome for you.It's not a heavy lather, I am intrigued by its "natural" scent, I appreciate that it is not the run-of-the-mill heavy fragranced scent, and the bottle is a really nice size for my hand while in the shower.

Great shampoo! My hair turns out bouncy, moisturized and smelling great every time after using this! I have curly hair and some shampoo's will clean too much and strip clean and make my hair frizzy rather than giving it the defined curls I know I can get with the right product. It doesn't weigh my hair down either! I have awesome defined, bouncy curls after shampooing with this! This works! So happy! Doesn't hasten the fading of my hair coloring either! Which with red hair color, it can fade faster than other color's, so I love that this shampoo protects, helps keep my color intact while nourishing my hair. I'm sold on this product line!

The Mystic Botanical shampoo hydrates and nourishes and it features Babassu Oil, Mango and Shea Butter.My wife liked this shampoo for what's in it, the scent is not too overpowering, but she did feel that for her use, as a woman with longer, thick hair, too much of the shampoo would have to be used. At 9.6 oz, she felt that it would last her around a week or two and at $14, it could be a bit much.But she did like this shampoo, but she wished it was in a bigger bottle.

This is a nice smelling shampoo. Right when I unboxed it, I could smell the perfume of it. Now the perfume smell is pretty pleasant - it isn't overwhelming. The one thing I did notice is that there's no seal on it so it can leak a bit during the shipping process.I used it and while it felt nice, it did leave my hair feeling slightly brittle and dry afterwards. So I like it for the smell but be sure to have a good conditioner after using this shampoo. My husband mentioned how my hair smelled nice for days after using this shampoo.

I like the scent, and this feels rich to the touch. The ingredients are Babassu oil, Mango and shea butter, and I love this is sulfate free! Lathers up nicely and I got a very 'squeaky' washing. My hair felt as if it has gotten a good clean Rinsed out with ease and I didn't seem to have tangles like others have said. This shampoo left my hair soft and shiny. I’ve been using it with the conditioner and love both. I have medium length, about mid-back, hair that is well taken care of.

I was attracted by the claim of moisturizing, but that's not what I get. This shampoo doesn't lather and is hard to move around the head in order to clean all over. I find myself using twice as much as normal to get it around my head of thick hair. My hair is difficult to comb afterwards even though I use conditioner. And, it doesn't look or feel as soft and smooth as usual.Not my favorite. Probably won't use past the two times I've already used it.
