I cannot recommend this product highly enough! Perfect for kids ages 1 & up. My preschooler is in a big throwing stage, so I really wanted to buy some toys that were okay for him to throw in the house. I tried foam balls, but my baby was taking BITES out of those!! So I started looking at plush balls — and these are PERFECT! Think of a plush material, but you can squeeze your fingers all the way into it, so it really does have a unique “snow” feel to it. It feels like the fibers are tightly bound around one or two fiber rings in the middle, so they should not pull apart easily. Some fuzz CAN come out of them if they’re pulled in tiny sections with fingernails, but it’d have to be intentional, so just be sure not to leave them lying around with any children who like to pick things apart. I ordered the *LARGE* size which reflects what I think is a real “snowball” size. I do think the one pack of 12 is probably too few for much fun — I sprung for five packs because I’ve got several kids that I know will be running around the house with these, but I’d recommend the average buyer probably invest in at least two packs.

I’ve had these snowballs before and really like them but my kitties liked mine better. A cool, round object that rolls when they swat at it, oh my. But for me, these south snowballs represent needle holders. I knit and crochet and need to store my needles on/in something that won’t fall off the table and if it does, the needles still don’t get lost. I “commandeered” the first one from a friend bit like I said, the kitties wanted it more. I bought a bunch more, some for me and some for them. Anyway, try these wonderfully soft snowballs as a “pin/needle” cushion.

Bought as a gift for a 3 year old to play indoors and it was a total hit with him and his parents. Very happy!

They are cute, but there are pretty expensive for what you get. They are a lot smaller then I thought and they come apart pretty easy.

They were perfect for the sled that I bought them to put on top of for a winter decoration. But my pup thought they were balls to play with! So several of them became snow rather than snowballs on/around the sled. They were very pretty as snow with snowballs on top!!

Bought these for my nephew’s son at Christmas. They have been having indoor snowball fights every night! Impossible to get hurt but the balls actually can be thrown. Took them for an activity in my high school classes and had never seen them have more fun. After 2020, it was so good to see these kids have fun.

We took these on a family ski trip. The grandsons are 6, 5, 4, and 3. The bigger boys threw the soft balls from the loft; two parents --the baseball players--lobbed some back. The little boys ran downstairs and collected them to throw again. They were busy, although not quiet. It was a good ice breaker for cousins who rarely see each other.

These are so much fun!! My great grandkids love our snowball fights!! Being in a hot climate, we don't see snow. However, having grown up in the Midwest myself, I can tell you these are not wet and cold - and much softer than real snowballs! They can safely be used inside and out!
