Got clumpy and weird before I could finish it.
I dont have any complaints about the performance or flavor of this product. But the consistency changed after only about a month or so.. The powder turned into soft rocks!!! It may have been my fault but I don't think I got any moisture in there-- if I did it was hardly any at all... It will still dissolve, but it's annoying.

Gave me average pump and rush from beta alanine.I keep switching my pre w/o supplement so i decided to try it.It has all the necessary ingredient of pre workout and good for those who wanna avoid more caffeine content (only 150gm) while No explode has 225 gm.But those who are looking for hardcore workout look for other supplements like CELLUCOR.

My favorite Pre-Workout Supplement
The only pre-workout supplement I can use. I've tried so many different brands and they all taste just awful, to the point where drinking them makes me bag. Monster Pump gives me the edge in my workouts and tastes decent.

Use this pre workout and sip it during y workouts. Gives you a little kick to work harder and definitely helps with muscle pumps. Great flavors!
