Phillippine Brand Naturally Delicious Dried Green Mangoes Tree Ripened Value Bag 30 Ounces

One of my coworkers brought these in the other day and as soon as I tried him I knew I had to have them. I then went to Costco and found a different brand which absolutely sucked compared to these. I ended up finding these on Amazon and bought a bag. The bag was gone within a week at my house and now I'm on my second bag Already. I like this brand as it's not full of sugar like the other brands. I think if you look at all the different reviews that this product has your realize there must be a reason why everyone buys this brand. Overall awesome mangos

Made from the best mangos in the world Period!! I live in California were most of our fresh Mangos come from Mexico which are ok and we buy them often but I have been to the Philippines many times and their mangos are just amazing. These dried mangos are very addicting. Yeah they add some sugar I think as a preservative but its not like they are adding high fructose corn syrup. I always stock up on these when I'm in the Philippines as they are of course cheaper to buy there but they never last very long around here. So I was craving them and bought from Amazon. Sometimes you can find them in Costco too. Yes a little pricy because they are imported from the Island of Cebu, Philippines. If you ever can go visit these beautiful Islands try the fresh ones too and you will know what I mean.

I previously got these at Costco and they'd be gone within the week, but haven't seen them there in a while. Thought I'd try Amazon after seeing good reviews. Normally these should feel fresh and moist. I opened them immediately upon receipt and was disappointed. Although the expiration date is a ways off the fruit looked somewhat dull and was a bit dry. Buying in bulk makes the price feel too high, although this is a good price per ounce. I doubt I'll buy these again.

Wonderful dried mangoes!These mangoes do have some added sugar, but much less than other brands I tried. Some other brands had each slice of fruit individually coated with sugar crystals, like candied ginger! That's candy, not fruit. At first I hesitated to buy such a big bag in case I didn't like them. Now that I know how good they are, I'm glad I have a lot of them. These dried mangoes are not candy, but fruit -- tart-sweet, nicely chewy, delicious, moist fruit. The chewiness is about the same as good dried apricots -- unlike some dried mangoes, I have not found any of these to be fibrous and tough. Better yet, the zip-top bag actually reseals easily. Note, I am keeping mine in the refrigerator for optimum freshness... and also because a cold slice of mango is refreshing on a hot summer day.

What I purchased stated very clearly & multiple times would be 30 ounces, however what I received was only 20 ounces. I consider this to be quite a difference & am very unpleased with false advertising of the amount of the product I am paying for. I would not recommend this product to anyone as other brands actually deliver the amount they state you paid for.

I love this stuff. I know it is sweetened with extra sugar, but, I do not care. In this case it is all about the taste. I can eat a whole bag in just a couple of days if not careful (this is not a good thing). You see; mangoes have lots of fiber and colon cleansing goodness. Forget bran. Bran is like the 1980's New Orleans Saints. This stuff is like the 1980's Chicago Bears under Ditka. The Bears were awesome in 1985 while the Saints were, well, not. The irony here is that Ditka later went on to coach the Saints for a couple of years in the 1990's. If the manufacturers really want to sell more they could get Ditka to be their spokesman (or is that spokesperson in 2018).

Great tasting mangoes! After eating these for a long time I recently decided to try another brand. I quickly regretted that decision and came back to these! These have a good mango taste and a WAY better texture many other brands. Many other brands have textures more like hard gummy candy instead of an actual piece of dried fruit. These are a bit pricey, but so far they are the best mangoes I have found.

I love this brand of dried mangos. I have bought them at Costco in the past and have not checked recently- they might be cheaper there. The fruit pieces are pretty big and not so dried out that they are just chewy leather. They do have a sugar coating on them and are very sweet so I only use them as a quick bite to get rid of that sweet craving- I am they are not on my list of foods to promote weight loss but they are still better than high fat sugary foods and the taste is great.
