Yes it is waterproof, I have been using it under a hood on a waterproof to keep rain off my glasses and is ideal.

I wore this cap in heavy rain and wind and it was perfect. Water does not get through it so it keeps you dry, also it can be adjusted at the back for a perfect fit. I am very happy with this cap and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

My husband was very pleased with this cap, it's still quite smart and a good fit...and extra properties...it's waterproof!

Great cap, Great quality, but to small. One size does not mean one size fits all. I would class this as size large maximum. But I do have quite a large noggin so those of you with lesser noggins will probably have no worries fit and size wise.

Good product. Can wear for both sun and rain.Very comfortable and size is adjustable.

It is awesome product, as expected it is a waterproof but one thing that I don't like in it is that head is sweat when you are wearing it for more than 1 hour

Excellent hat but even fully adjusted was too small. Gave it to my wife who is pleased with it
