Excellent Stackable Storage, Happy to Recommend.
These are lovely bins for recycling household waste. Nice large size, easy to stack, easy to clean and lightweight. I store the cans & plastic containers in the bottom bin, to weight it down slightly, then paper and card and soft plastics in the top container. I always wash the containers out and leave them to air dry before storing them in this unit. Reason being to avoid smells and insects also, becuase when our waste it collected where I live, the cans and plastics are transferred to a local unit where humans, not machinery, sort it for recycling. I cannot think of anythign worst than sorting out perhaps dog or cat food containers that have not been washed. They do a fab job and these containers are a great help in my house to keep the waste before it is transferred to the wheelie bins outside. The capicity is bigger than I thought it would be and they could actually be used for storing craft products like yarn or sewing fabric or even tools that are lightweight if needed. They are sturdy quality, easy to clean and the lids are nice bright colours. Mine are placed under the stairs and dont take up much room along side a shoe rack. Nice product and I am more than happy to recommend for indoor or outdoor use.

Good quality and look great
These fit perfectly in the gap between our fridge and wall. Keeps the recycling hidden away until we can be bothered to make the trip outside to the wheelie bin! They hold a surprising amount! Look great.

Compact and neat.
Overall a nice set of recycling bins. The colour coded lids helps my children identify which bin to use. I added some stickers which I purchased separately as the ones you get in the box are opaque and very hard to see or identify when applied. Capacity wise, they are ok for the size but do not hold a huge quantity so depending on how many people in your house it will vary the frequency they need to be emptied. We are a family of four and I find we empty the plastic one every two days as a rough guide. Mine bins came with a few minor but light marks on all 3 units. Nothing really noticeable, I am just extra fussy on these things. That said, you can tell these marks have been created during the manufacturing process, most likely where they are mass produced on the machine and rattle down the various belts etc. You certainly cannot tell they are there without getting up close and personal but initially I was a bit disappointed. Having had The lids seem a little flimsy but only around the hinge so I am unsure how they will hold up through constant use especially to the kids being a little less careful than my partner or I would be. Time will tell I guess. Price wise, I would say a little dear for what they are, but most bins these days are super expensive comparative to the raw material and manufacturing costs. Overall I am pleased with this purchase. They stack nice and neat and make a great addition to the household.

Organised recycling
I used to have unorganized random piles of hopeful recycling around the kitchen. Now I can properly organise my recycling and it has reduced my general waste my 2/3 I didn't realise how much I needed to have proper places for everything and it has made me better about paying attention to what is going where. The bins are deceptively large and the flip lids mean that you can stack them very easily. I also find that it is much simpler to just remove the life and take the body if the bin out to my main bins for emptying. The flip lids are colour coded. And you can buy in different pack sizes so as you want to add more you can. They are quite sturdy and had been a bit of a jungle gym to our cats. I don't put anything organic in them so don't need to clean or use bags inside. So can't comment on how difficult or easy to clean they are but they don't have a lot of grooves too make it difficult. They don't make a perfect seal so I wouldn't recommend these for storage of pet food or similar.

Stacking is a must in small houses!
We looked at various recycling "bins" which were side-by-side and measuring up, we just couldn't fit them in our tiny kitchen. These are perfect. They take a reasonably small footprint, but stacked 4 high they do the job of sorting the recycling indoors. I think they might, possibly topple over if you accidentally collided with them, but in a corner out of the way, they would be fine. We have to store all of our bulky recycling bags, big food caddy and box in the shed, there's no way those would fit in the house, so we use these stacking bins and they work a treat. So, instead of having to keep going in and out to the shed, we have 4 of these bins stacked up in the corner. Flip up lids, and drop the recycling in - it couldn't be simpler. They hold quite a decent amount too - again, we don't have to keep going to the shed, we empty these bins every few days or so into the bulkier containers in the shed (as we have quite a bit of recycling in the scheme of things). It's going to be a God-send in the winter. Or summer actually - let's face it, it rains a lot in the UK! We will avoid constant dirty feet going in and out in the rain etc every 5 mins by using these bins for days on end instead. Very happy with this purchase. I will say, though, in case it's relevant to other buyers: We bought 4 bins, but only received 3 different colours of lids, not 4 different colours. However, this works fine for us, as the bulk of our recycling is one type, but we barely have any glass (which is what we'd have used another separate container for). So we used the two the same colour for the main bulk of our recycling content. Any glass (fairly rare) goes straight out to the shed in the box provided by the Council. Which doesn't matter as it's so infrequent. To sum up: Recycling is a nuisance if you have to keep going outside every 5 mins. These stacking tubs make it easier by far, by just emptying them once to the outside bigger storage, after umpteen days, obviously whenever they are finally full. They hold quite a bit - surprisingly - which is incredibly useful. Their footprint is small, you can put them in a corner and stack them, instead of having to put them side by side (which would take up valuable floor space in a small house). It's a big thumbs up from me - I recommend these for people who haven't much space indoors. Or, simply for people who want to make life easier by lessening their trips outside to their big, Council recycling containers. We've only had them a short time, but now we wouldn't be without them!
