The charger arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality packaging alone inspires confidence in it's use and probable longevity. It is solidly constructed, fits well and works perfectly in Quick Charge 3 and all other modes. I recommend this item now and will be sure to edit this rating in the future if anything changes. You should go for the warranty extension as well... why not? If you can't figure out how to do this, just email the Nekteck support address and ask for help. They got back to me when I did in just a few hours and deserve a 5 star rating just for that alone!

I've owned this charger for around 3-4 months now and i love it. It works excellently. It stays connected to the phone unlike my last car charger that kept connecting and disconnecting. This one stays connected and charging until you pull it out of the phone. I also love that you can hook up 3 items at once. So far, I've only hooked up 2 items to charge and guess what? It works perfectly. It doesn't take any longer to charge 2 items then it does to charge 1 so, that's also a plus. I don't have any negatives about this charger. I'd buy another one if I ever needed to. This is the only charger that has actually lasted me for more then 2 months w/o giving me problems. I hope it'll last much longer.

UPDATE: Moving from 1 start to 3 stars for now because company stands by its replacement policy when my first one didn't work. See additional updates I posted in reply to this review. Will try to update / adjust the star rating in the future months as the replacement charger is used and tested.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Worked for a few months but totally burned out (all 3 plugs) in less than 3 months. Bought a similar 3-plug charger / different brand and that one continues to work... but not this brand. We barely used it too. It's not like we used it daily for 3 months. We used it probably just 6-8 times... just occasionally during this 3 month period.

I haven't had it long enough to know if it truly charges faster than my previous charger (only a little over a week with limited time in the car itself), but I like that it is lower profile and sits closer to the dash than my previous one did, which consistently got knocked loose because it sat about where the passengers knees would knock it around (I drive a 2010 Nissan Cube). Also a big plus that there's 3 charging ports!

I bought this for a 2 day trip down the east coast (14 hours of driving). I ran 2 new smart phones (Galaxy S5 and Note 4) and a tablet from it. One smart phone was used as a tether for the tablet as well as running Waze for the entire trip. The other smart phone and tablet were used throughout the trip. This device worked like a charm and kept all 3 devices fully charged. I would highly recommend buying this charger if you have a need to charge 3 devices simultaneously @ 2+ amps. Glad I bought it!!

Love this plug. It matches my car perfectly (cuz that's what's important). It charges my phone quickly even with more than one thing plugged in. My complaint would be that it has 3 plus but no way there's space to plug in all things. The plugs are way to close together. Lucky for me I only really need 2. There's a great chance I chose this one for the color.

What i like the most about this is that it is shorter and smaller than other versions. It was a cool blue LED light and looks great plugged in. Almost like it came with the car. The USB ports are tight though. I was thought it was broke the first time but it loosen up over time. The charge seems a lot faster than other chargers I have owned as well.

Just received this within the 2-day Prime delivery time. It appears to be a good quality charger and have added to our vehicle where my single charger was not sufficient for my husband's phone, our daughter's phone and mine. So far, so good. I like the single blue light that emits from one of the ports. Hopefully, it will last.
