Lil Buddy Auto Glass Installation Device

Bought for one of my installers who isn't as tall as others. This makes it so much easier for him to install windshields by himself in many vehicles.

Easy to set up

This lil buddy works great. I couldn't imagine trying to do windshields without it. The only problem I have with this product is the case. As expensive this product is, the case is poorly made. I constantly have to keep the snaps closed. Paying over a thousand dollars for this and having a poorly made clips on a case that's suppose to protect the buddy doesn't sit well with me. Come on guys, put some effort into the smallest things. Makes a difference.

We ordered a Lil Buddy glass installation tool for our BMW dealership. When we tried it it would not work properly with the tight overhangs of the hood. We were advised at the time of purchase that it was returnable. We returned it 1 month ago and STILL have not received a refund . WE have left numerous messaged with LISA and she never called us back. WE had to get our attorney involved to get our money back. This is a Very Bad company to deal with. Do not do business with them

Is the pro heavy duty the best? Im sure i had a 2.0 and the first one at my job. Im looking to see there's a difference with the models. Had issues with BMW and lil buddy

The Lil Buddy Pro 1 makes windshield and auto glass installation much easier. It allows one technician to set glass safely and accurately with less physical effort. While the price is on the higher side, for busy shops it quickly pays for itself as a reliable investment.

I bought this about a year ago. Even though the videos were unhelpful, and the disk that comes with it is useless. I was reading some reviews and some of them were good so I bought it. The customer service is the worst ever. I actually tried to return it when I bought it here on Amazon, but never got a response until after the return date Was active. Basically they told me I didn’t return it quick enough but I never got a response until after that date just to be clear. I’ve used it on a few cars and a few times it actually broke the regulator on the driver side because of the weight pulling down on the glass . If there’s any issue with the regulator then it’s pretty sketchy. I think a pro set is much better and I have one now. So basically, this thing is sitting taking up space. I’ll probably sell it to somebody who likes it but I’ll never use it again. The case is so poorly made. It’s embarrassing . At least whoever makes it should be embarrassed. It shouldn’t have fold over plastic that keeps releasing itself. It should have fold over metal that you can put a lock into. Again, terrible customer service from these guys. When I contacted them after the seller on, Amazon refused to take it back because he failed to message me during the time that I was able to send it back. Never heard from little buddy comedy. Never!. No response.
