[Auto-Track & Return] XMARTO 10CH HD PTZ Security Camera System Wireless Outdoor/Indoor, Dual-WiFi 4K NVR with 4X Rotate 2K Home Cameras, NO HDD Ver.(Plug-in 24/7 Surveillance, WiFi-Relay, WYS3084)

Just purchased this as a replacement to an old system we used but never able to get to work online. Tried YI Home as well,but never got them to work at all. So we tried these. Out of the box, it paired quickly and was almost a breeze to get working. Clarity is very good, and the mobile app is pretty straight forward. We purchased the 2 fixed and the 2 PTZ system to get a better overall coverage with 4 cameras. Price was pretty good as well compared to some others we were looking into. But this system, with the stand alone WiFi and plug in router and built in 1TB hard drive was the best option for us.Now, the bad stuff.First, they are advertised as Pan Tilt Zoom on the 2 cameras, but in reality, they are just Pan and Tilt. No zoom.Next on the list, the power cord for the NVR is VERY short.. so short, we had to add a power strip and plug it in on the desk, so that was a pain. The additional cords needed to plug into a router was about 4 feet long and that had to replaced with a longer cord. The cord to plug into a video viewer had to be purchased as well. And now to the instruction manual. Well, not much of 1 as a lot of it gives you on line references, but lots of pictures. And the print is tiny too. Last, but maybe not least, is the fact there are no other add on cameras you can get available from anywhere! Not Ebay, not Amazon, not even from XmartO themselves when you are looking for another PTZ style camera. The fixed cameras seem to be available, but for the same price, why would you not want the versatility of the Pan and Tilt? So that leaves us a bit nervous about the future of the company and support. Still trying to determine if some of the other spin off camera companies that offer add on cameras will work here, but they are not XmartO. Perhaps they might be a "sibling" of XmartO? Once we have the system figured out and set up more specifically, like the weird time zone setting, we will return and update our review.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve seen many security camera systems and I wasn’t really ready to upgrade my 6 years old system. I decided to get this one because I was thrilled to learn that this camera has audio recording and I can adjust the viewing angle thru my mobile app. It came with 4 cameras and it’s expandable, and setting up was simple since all the cameras are already wirelessly connected to the main system. The xmartOwallpixel app loads fast and connected all the cameras after easy registration and i am able to view all the areas quickly. There are many features that i need to explore after i view it on my desktop monitor. Faster replay, fast forward and alarm triggering, are just the basic. Overall, quiet system, clear view, pan snd tilt with audio support.

I considered and purchased this system, after considering all others out there on the market, the price and reading a lot of customer reviews. I have no regrets and am very satisfied and happy with my system. I installed it myself and did a darn good job. This system is up and running and it is everything it is advertised to be. It came nicely packaged inside of a box and all contents were there. I set the system up as per the instructions. I made sure all cameras came up on screen, prior to mounting them. Everything was on point. I mounted the cameras on the inside and outside of my house and noticed a week signal coming from the rear of the home. I had a wifi repeater and ran the system through that and all the signals are now stable. I also purchased two additional xmartO 1080p, 4mm lens camera, because I wanted a wider coverage and clearer view of a couple areas of my home.The only additional items I purchased and needed to do the installation were a all weather proof box that I mounted the camera to (Pic #4) and a 25ft fish tape to run the power wires through the attic of my home to an extension cord. I also purchased and attached two microphones to the stationary cameras for audio and they works perfectly. Lastly, I purchased the assurance warranty for only a few dollars and feel real good with my purchase, knowing that I am covered against any issues for 4 years.As long as you have a basic understanding of computer and have a handy man skills, you should be able to install this system.I also downloaded the app on my phone and laptop computer and it works exactly as it is suppose to. The pan and tilt function works perfectly and there is no zoom feature. You can however expand and contract the size of the screen on your phone.

Since there is no electric outlets and very hard to do wiring on my stucco wall, i decided to buy a wireless security camera system. So I bought the Arlo system 2 years ago. However, it has lag time problem. After i did enough research, i decided to upgrade to this XMARTO system. Here are what i like and dislike: Pros: expandable system that can add 4 more cams. 2PT cams have audio function, 2 fixed-angle has audio compatible. Infrared LED build-in for night usage. Works with its own NVR Wi-Fi to save your home network bandwidth, View and tilt cameras on mobile mobile device and email alert. Cons: It would be nice it has video instruction. Tip: To enable audio, change encode mode to AV stream.

I bought TWO 1 TB DVR's NVR's or whatever they call them and NINE cameras from this xmarto company. Returned one DOA. Four more of the cameras are DOA - will not link to the system, customer service told me to update and reboot - and then vanished. It didn't work. Two linked and showed "no video" on the screen. Now I have eight cameras showing "no video" when I log on which makes having cameras pointless. I see that the systems I bought are no longer available on here, leading me to think they know they have a problem and just don't want to deal with it. Feb 2022 Sassy mouthed resolution with customer service on this camera system purchased in June 2019 was "this is 5 years old, I think you should just buy a new one, here's a link to our store/product". Apparently math is a problem for this rep and I now have TEN dead camera feeds here and told "U SOL". My assumption that they are unwilling to help was correct. And "Daniel" just doubled down on the tongue lashing with another email telling me off. WOW. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY THIS BRAND.

Nach dem Auspacken auf dem Tisch funktionierte alles tadellos. Nach der Montage der Kameras war es dann aber mit der Freude vorbei.. Bereits nach wenigen Metern ohne Zwischenwände war eine Funktion nicht mehr gegeben. Ausführliche Beschreibung Fehlanzeige, Frage an Amazon Erwartungsgemäß ebenso Fehlanzeige. Die Programmierungist mit der mitgelieferten Beschreibung grade noch machbar, aber Fragen wie z.B. für welchen Zweck ist der Netzwerkanschluß an der Kamera ist , kann man die Kameras auch über ein LAN verbinden wird nicht beantwortet. Aus diesem Grund ist die Anlage nur brauchbar wenn sich alle Teile möglichst in einem Raum befinden. Dazu kann man wesentlich kostengünstiger kabelgebundene Kameras nutzen. Daher 0 Punkte auf alles hauptsächlich auf die Dokumentation 1 Stern nur weil ich sonst nicht abschicken kann

Camera is great but antenna range is below expectation and seems to be non replaceable with a stronger one or an extension. Recommend the camera for clarity and features.

I was REALLY looking forward to getting and installing this camera and had planned to get a few more of them to finish off my system, but after it arriving in this terrible condition I will REALLY REALLY need to be convinced otherwise.

Worked straight out of the box like it said. Images adequate for domestic use., very happy with it.
