No but it ok for normal hex heads in a pinch

Don't know. But it may man the product is not packaged on a heavy cardboard backing with a plastic see-through blister shell. Design is often used to hang package on a hook in the the store.

Q: Can this tool remove circular screws?

The directions say no. There is nothing for it to grip on

Q: is this china made, hows the product quality?

I believe this version is made in China. I have had no issues yet, no pins sticking, no slipping, nothing has broken. Only thing I will say is I cannot seem to get a lot of torque out of the angled adapter. Enough to drive a half inch wood screw into some MDF board, but struggled with 3 inch construction screws for normal 2x4s. (Possibly user error.)
