iCarez Tempered Glass Screen Protector for iPad Pro 12.9 2021/2020 / 2018 12.9-inches, 2-Pack

I have been an avid user of iCarez for a long time and probably bought more than 10 products (25+ screen protectors). They are a great company and have great products and great customer service. This product is no different. Its quality is unmatched, and its installation is a breeze.HOWEVER, THERE IS A KNOWN BUG WITH 2018 IPAD PRO (I have a 12.9”) AND TEMPERED GLASS SCREEN PROTECTORS. I do not fault iCarez for this as it is a known issue to all tempered glass products and the 2018 iPad Pro. It reduces the senstaivity by half or more. I cannot type on my screen and I get mis keys all the time. I would recommend going for regular plastic ones until this issue is fixed. Again, this is not iCarez’ fault but Apple’s

I give this screen protector 3 stars because the stickers I had for the installation (hinge stickers) did not stay stuck. So as I had everything placed and I start to peel the back side of the screen protector off the hinge stickers come undone. Leaving me to have to place the screen protector freehand foregoing all the alignment I had done. This made it difficult to keep the dust clear and place it freehand. So I got specs of dust and had to remove. In removing the first screen protector cracked so I had to install the second one. Same thing with the second one and the hinge stickers so had to place it free hand as well. This leading to one spot that dust got in and I am just having to deal with it because I am out of screen protectors and not in the mood to purchase this again after that debacle.

Date: 2020 This is my second one in 5 years and they only reason I bought another one is because I purchased a new IPAD, it never scratched or cracked I would buy it again. Update: 2021 one year later and now they are garbage, the stickers won’t hold and there are no rubber bands so it’s impossible to put it on straight oh and btw I bought two kits and they both were missing the rubber bands to hold the protective screen in place so as Joe Biden would say “Come On Man”.

It’s not Anti-Glare BUT it’s a great price and excellent product value for the $7 price! You get 2 glass protectors. The company is also great to work with so this deserves 5 stars for everything.

You know the old saying… you get what you pay for? Definitely true with this product. I used the anti-glare film on a previous iPad Pro with a flawless install. This product however… the instructions have stickers labeled with numbers but the stickers have letters. The sizes don’t match what is pictured. There was no rubberband to assist in positioning. The stickers kept coming undone when flipping the glass up to remove the film. The actual glass is nice so far but I’ll gladly pay a premium for a better install experience.

Installation was fairly easy and what bubbles remained were easy to remove. Covers the screen well and I notice no difference in touch sensitivity on my iPad Pro 12.9, 2021. Excellent product!

Seems like a quality product so far and the install was relatively easy. I had to lift the screen twice to remove dog hair, but I have a husky in my house so hair in/under/on everything is pretty expected. I bet in pet-free households, this installs easy in one step!

High quality, affordable, and durable! Leaves enough room on the edges for a good protective case. This means it isn’t edge to edge if that’s what you are looking for.
