Great product I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and thought I'd try getting some Pre-Workout and I couldn't be happier with the one I got. It tastes amazing and mixes and dissolves easily so thankfully I'm not getting a load of powder at the bottom. Also as I am slightly new to buying gym I don't know how much these usually cost but personally i feel like its a good size and is great value for money. Just to top it off but these past few days when I've used it have felt amazing so all in all I couldn't be happier i got this :)

This stuff really works well, it definitely gives you a boost to help you keep going. It tastes ok, but not lovely, there's always a strong bit at the bottom that won't mix in, and that bit reminds me of beecham powder, worth taking though.

Big fan of the apple flavour. Definitely does its job, energy levels are always through the roof whilst using it.Mixes really well. Kicks in within 10-15 minutes.

I use this to get me through my morning workouts (I'm up at 3.30am!) So this gets me through it as I am nearing the 50 mark this year!.. i only take one scoop and it does the job well. Does not give me the jitters like some products have. Highly recommend.

Ive tried allmanner of Pre workouts, from crazy head buzzing stuff that sends you to the moon, to weak caffeine. Jack3d was my fave as it was a god middle ground, not too buzzy but got you in the zone, Id then add a pump product to it for 45 minutes of endless energy - this does just that. I took half a scoop initially and it wasnt enough so now just take the full scoop. My other half who is stim sensitive also said she didnt feel much on half a scoop so thats a good dign its not OTT - were not drug addicts!So, if you're looking for something that gives great pumps and gives you energy after a long day at work, this is ideal - it also doesnt taste bad like may do (i couldnt finish Recon, went in the bin) so thats a bonus too. Think ill go for pineapple next as thats my fave jack3d flavour.
