Moroccan Fish Caught in the Wild Have Mild Flavor
I've been on a sardine kick lately. My favorite so far are the King Oscar Brisling Sardines in Olive Oil because they taste fishy and are small. The Season skinless and boneless sardines in olive oil taste less like the stereotypical sardine and more like a kipper. There are about 3 sardines, or at least 3 large pieces of fish in the cans, each has quite a bit of the darker flesh, but there is absolutely no skin and no bone. Although they have salt added, they are not salty to the taste compared to other sardines. Sometimes when a can of sardines is opened, the fish is sort of soft and mushy, but in these that is not the case. I've drained the cans, had them with onions and hot mustard in a sandwich or simply put them on a salad, again with onions. The next can will be cooked with onions and scrambled eggs, like what my mother did with kippers. The cans are structurally sound and have a very light lid that is easy to remove with a lightweight tab. No sharp edges or metal taste seeping into the fish.

Tasty sardines.
Try this:1) Dump a can of these sardines in a small frying pan and saute for a couple or so minutes.2) Toast a hoagie roll (sliced bread also works).2) Drain the oil from the sardines and place on the bottom half of the toasted roll.3) Put a slice of cheese on top of the sardines.4) Top with the top half of the roll and eat.Add a slice of lettuce if you're feeling crazy.Mmmmm... good! These are large, hi quality sardines. I recommend.

Pleasant, Understated Fish Flavor
The fish flavor of these sardines is not as pronounced nor great as the King Oscar brand, but Season sardines are note-worthy. There are about four-to-five sardines of substantial size per can, and the sardines flake apart easily with a fork. Unfortunately, the olive oil used is rather bland and does not taste like extra virgin.

Arrived Leaking Oil
This should never have left the warehouse. The outer sealed plastic was fine, but the inner wrapping was all greasy, and the boxes inside all opened and soaked in oil. I could not tell which container of sardines had leaked, so I had to throw them all away. It's a fine product I often buy in the store, so this was entirely Amazon's fault.

Best Sardines EVER!
I'm a sardine lover and have tried any and every brand, flavor, sauce, ect...Season Brand (boneless & skinless in olive oil) are without a doubt the most flavorful I've come across. They are so delicious, I order them from Amazon in "bulk" since they are next to impossible to find in the metroplex where I live. Love them on low-fat Club Crackers (and my dog loves them too!)

Taste is great, and metal can has well-sealed, easy-open foil cover.
I bought 6-8 cans of four different brands of skinless and boneless sardines in olive oil. The taste of this brand was tied for best. The sardines were reasonably whole and firm, and the amount of salt was just right. The easy opening plastic-covered foil top on the metal can is a great idea and avoids the minor cuts and spilled olive oil that comes with yanking off metal lids.

Just right - not too fishy
These are very tasty and I would recommend them to anyone who says that they're afraid to try sardines... they are not fishy. They are skinless and boneless. It's just like a really succulent can of tuna. These are wild caught from Morocco. They have .8 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids per serving, and there are about 2 servings per can (according to the box).
