This product gets zero stars!!!! It came with All Glass SHATTERED EVERYWHERE!!!! And it said to late for a refund and we are a school PTA and now we lost 600$

Great value for small operations
We have a small snack bar at our bowling center and this machine replaced a more expensive one that failed. It makes popcorn faster that the other machine and is easier to keep clean. We are happy with our purchase.

Came in pieces
It is supposed to have tempered glass doors but it came with plastic ones, and I had to rebuild the hopper area, it was all apart when we got it, it works just not to my satisfaction. I was hoping made in the USA was going to be better, just sayn

Great service
Benchmark USA really went above and beyond in customer service. When I first got the popcorn machine it was not working right. Benchmark USA and Ozone billiards partnered up and figured out the problem and sent a replacement part. The machine works great now. Thank you so much.
