Very good for pain relief. Effective massage on specific points.

I sit a lot at my desk. I found these really helpful for elevating from tail bone pain and also to give my bum cheeks some movement action and kneeling. I found it helpful. After seeing a chaidiapractitioner who kneaded by bum cheeks, there is some muscle in the bum cheeks that need to be kneaded, I didn’t know it existed before but these balls do the same thing. You just have to roll your bum cheeks on the balls or drop your weight at the part that need a hard press. It’s better than my tennis balls I was using. But if tennis balls are too soft, this is solidly hard and great for the pressure point.

These are amazing! Great price point, do what they say. With someone that suffers with a bad back and tight hamstrings and t band. These are great. I always have one in my bag. Super easy to use and really good for relieving tension. A YouTube video would take this product to the next level!

J'ai appris à bien l'utiliser en visionnant des vidéos car sinon je les aurais retournées. Mon exercice préféré est celui de mettre les boules contre le mur et bouger mon dos de haut en bas : radical pour détendre les raideurs du dos : muscles et tendons. Elles sont dures il faut le savoir mais ça me fait tellement de bien, merci +++
