Not youth trousers
Good quality as expected. However, the title of "youth" trousers is misleading, although it does say junior further down in the description (customer reply in Q&A suggesting they fit a 14 year old didn't help). Some help in the Q&A's but adding a size chart would be useful, as well as changing the title. Again, no issue with the quality but marked down as now need to return.

Waiting for a refund for more than two weeks
Good quality shirt but was more an xl when compared it with a cricket shirt already got in xl. Waiting for a reply to my refund message as item was sent back two weeks ago but still no refund or reply hence the one star!!! Bad communication.

Make the arms small in width then this will be a perfect shirt
I love the material the torso fits great it's just a shame about the arms they are ridiculous baggy fine in length but stupidly wide which makes the shirt look silly. The best way to describe the arms is to imagine a wizards sleeve, no exaggeration I also work out so it's that my arms are small. Make arm width smaller and the is a perfect shirt
