I was using a different brand for many years until it was no longer available. I discovered this brand on Amazon and have been ordering it ever since. I'm on the auto reorder and it always come a day or two before I run out, which I love (less thinking involved on my part). I highly recommend this product for a more natural way to deal with my mood and sleep issues.

I have been taking these for about a week now and just recently I have started realizing their effects. On day three I remember driving to work and listening to music, I definitely remember feeling a heightened amount of serotonin. I got goosebumps with the music and enjoy watching shows more and talking with others. I have also been sleeping much better these past couple days which is very helpful as I used to not get a lot of sleep. Awesome product !!

Revised review:After taking about half the bottle I noticed stomach/bowel issues like bloating, feeling full and most bothersome was frequent irritable bowel syndrome. I stopped taking the 5-htp for a couple days and issues went away only to start up again as soon as I took the product again. No worries I know that this product is not for me. I contacted customer service for nutrachamps since they say they stand behind their products and will refund even open bottles if customers are not satisfied. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them. I know they received my email because I got a received email because I got a received email response. My situation with their customer service may be an isolated incident but so far my experience.I purchased this to replace taking CBD oil. Right from the start of taking it it works as well as CBD oil with helping sleep issues and much much cheaper. I also appetite suppression. So far no noticeable change in mood help or brain function but didn’t notice much of that with cbd oil either.

I enjoy it very much when things actually work, and I truly did feel a difference when I started taking 5-htp, as a man that works at an Amazon fulfillment center in Pennsylvania, as a high reach operator and stower, I encounter a lot of stress over time and stressful situations, but ever since I started taking 5-htp, my mood has certainly improved, I'm much more calmer and happier and sometimes i just feel really good and i attribute it to this product. But recently I decided to get turmeric curcumin for my joints, little did I know that these two products would work hand in hand with each other, turmeric doesn't just help joints and arthritis, it helps reduce inflammation in your whole body, so it basically allowed the 5-htp to be processed by my body even better than before, now while this may he my science backed opinion, I really feel that the combination of turmeric or any other anti inflammatory herb is necessary to take with whatever vitamins or supplements you are currently taking, I'm certain it will go a long way in helping you absorb more nutrients while treating joint pain. Ever since I started this combination I have been sleeping better, feeling better and thinking better, and as time goes on I'm certain these benefits will gradually increase, even my mother who is sensitive to certain ingredients was surprised by turmerics power, and she just started taking it yesterday. I hope this review helps your purchase decision as so many reviews have helped me.

When I first started taking it, I noticed a significant boost to my mood, though I was taking it alongside magnesium, l-theanine, and fish oil, which likely helped. The sense of well being became less prominent by the end of the bottle/month, but I still believe this to be high quality 5-HTP for an affordable price ($17.99 when I purchased). This 5-HTP is the first I have tried. I was told about 5-HTP through a wonderful friend, who said it truly helped her depression and anxiety. I decided on this brand because of the added B6 and C vitamins, and the price. I have found this 5-HTP to work wonderful for me in helping improve my anger and depression. I do feel more tired at night, but I also have 4 kids (two that are babies!) so I am quite exhausted anyway.Definitely do research. There is differing research for men and women using 5-HTP.I also, without doctor consent, use this and Hemp oil. These two have worked amazing wonders on my mood. I am not talking about CBD or anything inhanced with THC, I mean hemp oil that is sold via Amazon. It works for me, and these two have seriously saved me from depression, anxiety and anger.Do Not Read this review and just do that. You can talk to your doctor to find what works for you. I do not think it will work for everyone or cure severe depression, anxiety or anger problems, but talking to your doctor or therapist can get you on the right path to healing. Good luck to all!

I am a high energy guy. I work hard physically and mentally at work and at the gym.It’s hard for me to unwind and stop to relax. It’s nice to find a supplement that I don’t have to take at bedtime and doesn’t make me sleepy.This is not a sleep aide that you take at night.This natural product comes in a capsule that is not big at all, it’s easy to swallow and take during the day with food.Being such an active person with sometime overactive thoughts I notice right away that I am a little calmer and can think a little clearer. Maybe it’s due to serotonin. I’m also trying to watch my thoughts lately to make sure they are constructive and not just worries to add stress.So I think this serotonin support supplement is a great thing for me. I also like that it’s a 2 month supply instead of just 1 month and very affordable!
