I can sleep
I have started to use Aswahganda powder a week ago. I took 1 tps a day mixed with organic, unsweetened almond drink. I can't say it is tasty, as it is a bit bitter, but I really do not mind, as the last couple month I always woke up very early morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Since I have taken the Aswahganda powder my seep has improoved a lot. I woke up once at night but I am able to go back to sleep and do not wake up earlier than 7 am. That is an amazing result. I have been really exhausted before. The pack arrived in time, nicely packed. It can be closed back. I don't think anyone can do anything about the taste. I have tried it in capsules, but i didn't notice any change with them.

Very strong flavour
I took Ashwagandha before in tablets, but with time I started to feel intolerant to tablets (I took along with other suplements) therefore I decided to try the powder. To be fair I didn't notice any difference with the tablets, so I am hoping that the powder will have some effect, as I read already so much about it and given some testimonies here. But don't buy this if you don't like earthy/gingery taste stuff. I was astonished by the taste, is very, very strong and difficult to describe. Definately earthy and with hints of ginger and tumeric. Is hard to disguise the flavor in tea. I don't have soup for everyday or a blender for smoothies, as advises to take it. I tried to mix it in the porridge, as the powder does not dissolves, needs to go with something where it can blends and you won't notice it. But it's really hard to eat it. Just be careful before buying, as the flavour is really strong and different!
