No customer service
Product arrived completely smashed and it’s impossibile to get a hold of customer service for a replacement. I’m sure the honey is great if it doesn’t arrive completely smashed!

Good but you'll never know!
Amazing honey but...I've ordered it three times and only once did the jar show up unbroken/edible. Amazon customer service issued a refund both times but it still sucks lol. This morning the jar was delivered broken and dripping all over and it was wrapped in bubble wrap and a puffy thing in box to keep it from rolling. It still broke. Grrrr. One jar out of three isn't the best odds. Just sayin.
