Previously, I had been using a Snore Mate mouth guard for "snoring" related issues, and it worked successfully often, but not nearly enough for my wife's benefit. I read the reviews and took a chance on the Mandibular Advancement Snore Stopper. The fit was correct from the start, and has worked flawlessly in the week I have been using the appliance. The design, I believe, is a better fit than competitors and creates a more appropriate air passageway. I believe that my breathing (and sleep) have both seen improvement. Very pleased!!

I like the product quality. Just started using it as it takes time to get used to. Have to say that it definitely works and stopped my snoring. Would definitely recommend this product.

I (50yo F) am a snorer that’s loud enough to wake and annoy my husband (53yoM). He started doing annoying things to me to get me to turn over, stop, etc. (poking me, flapping blankets, patting me, etc.) and it just made him mad at me and me wake up many times through the night. It’s important to note I DON’T stop breathing, just a lot of vibration from my throat. This appliance keeps my mouth from hanging open and blocking my airway. It’s a weird sensation at first, having it in your mouth, and it took me a bit to get used to, but it has stopped my snoring and we both sleep better. PROS: stopped the annoying loud breathing vibrations and sore throat I would wake up with. Saved us from having to sleep in different rooms. Both get better sleep. CONS: you have to adjust to swallow your spit so you don’t drool, but now I can sleep on my back and it’s less of an issue! My teeth ache a small bit after wearing it, but it’s minor and I think it will resolve. There’s no need to clench your teeth together, it will stay in your mouth. I have a dream once a night (usually early morning) that I am trying to eat something and bite down (like pizza) and end up really biting on the appliance hard and this wakes me up, but it’s better than the dreams of dying or suffocating that apnea people have (both brother and father have apnea). Only con I have about the product is that it’s physically hard to adjust (slide) the upper against the lower without pulling on the soft rubbery stuff, so I have just left them aligned for the time being. Also there aren’t really instructions in the pamphlet that comes with it about adjusting it (hence the four stars).

This product was way to big for my husband. He couldn’t even lick his lips with it in his mouth. It caused his to produce great amounts of saliva almost immediately after he put it in his mouth. It may work out for some people, but it did nothing for my husband’s snoring.

I bought the Zyppah and it fell apart in a month. I was expecting much more for my money. The Snooze mouth piece is less than half the cost of a Zyppah, much more comfortable, built way better and is adjustable. Bottom line is the Snooze works better, lasts much longer and is much cheaper.

Lack of instructions, have to go find instruction video on website, and still doesn't explain the number system on the side....comes with a tool for what?? Who knows? Hoping the mouthpiece will work with what little instructions included...m

Easy customization, fits well. Really reduces the amount of snoring! It can cause some pain in the teeth by morning, hoping that passes. The significant other is extremely happy with it! She can sleep through the night now.

I did not learn that you should not use this product within a year after a dental implant until I received the product and read the instructions. I will hold on to the product and try it after 1 year has elapsed since my dental implant.
