I have a much more attractive posture and the added support makes all activities more enjoyable. Ive tried other braces and this beats all of them. Easy to hide under clothing! I recommend a spandex shirt underneath to protect your skin if your posture is really bad.. be warned: this thing works!

The back brace does support my shoulders and back. The small size is correct for me. It does ease some of the stress that I feel and I feel confident that the longer I wear it I will have more relief. I am also doing exercises to compliment the brace and to keep my muscles strong

I just wanted to gave it try but didnt put so much hope. What a surprise? It turns out this product really corrects my posture. After wearing it a few days, unconsciously I maintained the same posture without noticing it or forcing myself to do it.

I use the brace 3-4 times a week, about 2 times daily. Lower back feels better due to the size of material wrapping around my lower back. Sturdy quality. Good flexibility
