Keel's Simple Diary Light Blue (2) Hardcover – November 21, 2011

I got the first one when I left my husband five years ago. I thought it would be good therapy, but a regular journal seemed mind-boggling. This one gives your prompts and I have never missed a night's entry in all these years. You can take a couple of minutes or more, depending on your day. As I fill one up, I get one in another color. The prompts may be the same but it will always fall on another day and so your thoughts and feelings are different. I recommend this diary for both young and old.I recently bought two for my goddaughters.

I just love these books. Fun to fill out and really great to look back on later. Some fun bits of humor and some genuinely thought provoking tidbits for you to interpret as you see fit.

I like this journal because it is a guided journal that I can do as little of or as much of as I like, and there's always something to write. I thought it would slightly more varied than it is, but it is comforting that each page follows the same similar pattern daily.

Great gift

I bought volume 1 as a gift for a friend, and then decided I should get one for myself, too, and I am so glad I did. As a person who doesn't always have time to write a "real" journal entry about my day, I found this to be a great tool for reflection on even my busiest days. As a result, I feel myself growing creatively, and have built this practice into habit. When volume 1 was complete, I eagerly awaited the printing of volume 2 so that I could continue this ritual. It once again delivers.
