Works well. No secondary GI issues or anything from it like I have experienced with other cheaper taurine. Pretty standard increased bile in stool as expected.

I have noticed when I ingest 3 scoops of this I have more energy. It is better than the B vitamins, ginseng, and other things I have tried. I was not taking it for energy, just for heart health, but it makes my days more productive. Go figure.

Item works to calm my anxiety for a short period, which is what I purchased it for. Still use it for the anxiety when I can but not every time. This is what I purchased it to do.

I like that it's non-gmo. It doesn't dissolve well in water though. Don't notice a taste.

I am becoming a real fan of NutraBio quality. I am a vegetarian, and take a number of amino acids. I take this Taurine before bed, as it relaxes me and helps me sleep. I take 2 little scoops (2,000 mg) stirred into a glass of water. There is really no taste. I highly recommend it.

So maybe you consider yourself in training, make sure you protect your investment on your body. I'm a guy that pushes it a little bit too much at time and I cramp on long runs but too stubborn to stop running or training. I haven't cramped since taking pure T and I've knocked out a few long rucks while keeping standard. 4 and six milers during the last couple of weeks. Last week was 4.8 in an hour and four minutes.
