I just got my home spa today and what a delight, I did have to call customer service, but the owner was right on the line and directed me what I needed to do and all is well. Nothing was broken that was a big deal but I did not understand how to start the machine, thats the only reason I had to call. I have been paying the normal price to go out of the home for this service and final decided I benefit so much I wanted it in home. It does work and for a first machine. I have used ones that are 5000.00 dollars and this one does work. So I am pleased. To start out this fits the budget for a family. I would say, do it. There is alot of info out there, but if you are just starting out, this works fine.I really notice the difference in my body and know this works for me. The owner of this business is there and he wants a happy customer so no fears about not getting help.The only thing I really dont care for is the wrist strap. I have read some reveiws that speak against being part of the current. Overvall I am very satisfied.

We used it on a ten-year-old girl who had spent the weekend in a friend's pool. After her 30 minute session, I went to dump out the water from the plastic tub we used. The water in it reeked of chlorine. The smell was so strong it was comparable to the odor encountered at a public indoor swimming pool.That said, those who smoke or come into contact with chemicals, or have illnesses due to build-up of toxins, will find this device of help in keeping them healthy.

I worked in a spa where we did ionic detox services and fell in love with the process. When I left the spa I wanted my own home unit to use on myself and my husband. Ionic Detox is a wonderfull thing if u have joint problems (my husband has a bad knee), if u ever get yeast infections, or if u just want to get the crud out of your system without feeling like crap to do it. So I ordered a unit hoping it would work as good as the professional grade one I had used before. It got to my home and I was like a kid at christmas I was so excited, but sadly the unit had a few problems. I called the number included in the box and the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly, he told me to ship it to him and he would fix it and send it back. I did, and he did, and I am totally satisfied with the outcome. My unit got back to me fairly quickly, it now works perfectly, and I am a satisfied customer.

I use this about once monthly and have noticed a clearer water given the consistent use. Personally I experience a clearer thinking and more energy after using.The problem came when the product malfunctioned. I returned it for repair under the warranty - somewhat costly but part of doing business I reasoned - unfortunately when the machine came back it had the very same problem. So I have been asked to return the machine - again - and they will replace it with a new machine. I certainly will appreciate a new machine but I do resent having to address this same issue a second time. At my own expense. I wouldn't buy from this seller again but I do love the detox machine!

I STILL do not understand this, or know exactly what occurs, but whatever this product claims actually HAPPENS, and thus, WORKS. This contraption is easy to use and truly does what it says... at least that is what it looked like to us. We did not necessarily feel better after use, but the water spoke for itself as the residue left after use is quite shocking... especially considering this is exiting your own body. Like I said, still a complete mystery to me, but my husband is a believer and strong supporter and I suppose if I were to do my homework, I would learn how this works too.

I have seen better models but they were double the price.This one is a good value for the money, but i wish the company had sent the correct instructions with it. it has a belt for something but no instructions on how to use it.CAUTION; if your bath solution has too much salt, it will over heat the unit and the safety cut off will kick in, but if you ignore the cut off and simply restart it a few times you will risk burning the machine out.I use this about once a month since I bought it, and i always feel great for a few days after use.

This detox machine is easy to use, and works well. Kinda nice to relax and sit for 30 minutes with your feet in warm water while it does it's job.

Didn't do as advertised. Tried it a dozen times, and the results were all the same, RUSTY BROWN SCUMMY WATER. Thought that I had a lot of bad stuff in my body (toxins). To check it out as to if it was bad stuff in my body or the ELEMENT that you put in the water, I put a new ELEMENT in the water, and the arm band ( to complete the circuit), but not my feet. No contact from by body. All of the screen indications were the same as before, and in the 30 minute time, the WATER WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS BEFORE, RUSTY BROWN & SCUMMY.How can I believe that this will take anything out of my body? Plus, how could I ever see different colors, that are suppose to indicate different malfunctions of organs and parts of the body?Very dissapointed with the principle that is advertised by the developers of these units. We had much expectation that this lprinciple would TRULY DE-TOX OUR BODIES.
