is this enought for 2 car garage?

No. I had very little left over after doing my one car garage. Also, i would look to another product, as this stuff is garbage.

Do i need to buy concrere etch separately?

Acid etch is included in the kit. If your garage floor has oil stains, make sure you buy some degreaser and use it prior to etching.

Can extra chips be added to this to give it a "granite" look?

I added more chips but didn't give a granite look but still looked nice. Just need to do the clear coat on top when you use more chip, that locks all the chips in.

Has anyone applied this paint over a cement garage floor with a sealer coating without doing all the recommended acid treatment. How did it turnout?

Not well. My contractor said he didn't need to do anything but scrub. But I did an acid wash the day prior, though probably not a perfect job. I stayed off for a week. Still peeled off where the tires sat.
