Original falls out of socket, o pant generously replaced
Original unit shuts on and off a lot. Also falls out of sockets because it is unbalanced. 10 months after this review the company generously sent me a comp replacement which is OK

All you need in one small box
Easy to use and to store. No prongs sticking out. Easy to slide out the appropriate prongs and they are clearly labeled. Instructions are easy to understand. Perfect for overseas traveling
