How many do you use for 1 litre water ??

It's a difficult question to answer. I use this to season meat, fish, soup and stew! May sound dumb, but you just know. Try one, taste it and go from there.

What is the use by/expiry date?

The expiry date of mine was within 9 months of purchase. I received them in April 2020 and the best before on the packs was 12/2020. The production date of the seasoning was 09/2019.

Hi, is this gluten free?

Not sure but I will suggest that while it may be formulated without gluten-containing ingredients, unless the product is labeled as being “gluten free,” then it has not been validated as being gluten-free.
