Camera worked intermittently initially. Then started resetting, and eventually died. Won't power-up. Returning the product.There is another problem. I am only receiving a portion of my payment and not a full refund. The item was returned within the 30 day period. Also, I have lodged complains about the camera a few days after receiving it.

Camera doesn't rotate- upward motion is stuck. I received the product this way.It does go side to side. After the app update now it doesn't rotate at all. It's very slow to respond.

After several months with the camera the app has improved and there is no more English on the menu.And I can't connect the camera to WiFi I turned to email support and no answerIt's a shame now I have to purchase a new oneObviously I will not buy it again, we will find another product that has full English support

I liked the product very much until it literally got so hot that it fried. Scary! I am grateful that a fire did not ensue! Appreciated it while it worked although will look for a different replacement product.

Couldn't get it to connect. With QR code or ap, nothing.. everything came in, Chinese I believe. No word about what app. Had to ask on here and not even then would it connect. Wasn't able to use at all!!

Like it at first moved it and now it will not boot back up

Don’t buy it!!! The app not longer exists. Amazon can’t help with replacing it!!

Setup was OK (took some time and troubleshooting, but got there) and happy overall with the value, except two things: poor sound quality, and no cloud service included? I thought cloud service was included??
