Great product and fantastic instructions
Ordered this for Christmas dinner (somewhat at the last minute). The instructions with the meat were fantastic, I should have given a bit more time for defrosting in the fridge given mine runs a bit cold. When I put the roast in the oven the internal temp was pretty low, so I ended up slightly overcooking to medium well. Even so, it was absolutely delicious and I look forward to ordering again.
