Box came open as it was returned before ,which doesn’t bother me but what bothers me is when things are defective, HALF LIGHTBULBS DONT WORKand 2 days wasted , was getting ready for patio party and now looks like thisHowever lights look good and just perfect amount of lumens spacing is great and looks like could last long timeUPADATE:after emailing and explaining they send brand new unit within 2 daysNew unit works as shouldOld unit didn’t have to sent backCostumer service made me very happy and deserve 5star

I would give these lights no stars if I could. They worked fine after one day in full sunshine. After one day in the rain they stopped working. I let two days of full sun shine before I wrote this review to make sure the lights were charged but they do not light up at all. I do not recommend these lights and advise you to not buy them.Update: 2/9/2019 I was flicking on/off switch and noticed the light would come on for an instant which makes me believe the switch might be defective. I am contacting their support to see if they will resolve the problem.Update: 2/10/2019 I received an email from Sam Sheehan addressing my problem. He said they would refund my purchase price and send me a replacement set.Update: 2/11/2019 Amazon informed me that I was refunded the purchase and Sam Sheehan emailed me and said the replacements were shipped.Update: 2/12/2019 The replacement lights arrived today , I turned them on in the box and they worked great. I changed my review to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service, they addressed my problem, kept me informed every step and promptly replaced the lights. The lights are great for my application, I wanted warm light to light the walkway from our detached garage to the house and these lights fit the bill perfectly.Update:2/18/2018 I installed the replacement lights and they work great. I am uploading pics I took with my kindle.

Bought two strands for the Pergola for outdoor lighting and ambiance and they worked great....for about two weeks. They turn on but one strand is very dull and the other is half dull, half bright. It is not due to lack of sunlight since that is all we have had. I hear great customer service but I haven’t found a way to contact them and the product is unavailable at this time. I hope these can be replace by seller as others have noted in reviews.

Whenever these function properly, they’re great. Definitely not as bright as electric lights, but I wouldn’t expect them to be. The light is adequate for mood lighting. However, many nights they malfunction - there will be 1-2 bright ones and the rest are hardly even glowing, or they’re flickering. I like these when they function properly but all in all I would not recommend these particular lights and kind of regret buying them :(

Bought two sets. One works great, one doesn’t work at all after 5 months. Seemed kind of faulty from the beginning but they were already hung so we decided to test it out. A few months later, they don’t work at all.

Solid product

Love the lights, work great and seem to well made. But they do best with full sun or partly cloudy day. If cloudy, the lights come on at dusk and are dim and do not stay on very long. But during full sunny days, they are bright and last for hours. Would buy again. Good product!

These make our gazebo look so pretty. Mine did not come with a remote so they turn on as soon as it gets dark out. They are solar so there's no wiring or shutting on/off. They do not throw a lot of light, they are mostly there as ambiance. The lights themselves are strung inside so they are not in the elements thats why I put a 1 star for weatherproof because I don't know how they would work if they were in the weather. Overall a great purchase!
