I have different lights - holiday i have battery operated string lights in some trees. I have some remote candles. Thought I’d try these smart candles.I like the candle flickering option so looks like candles, so haven’t used the many color options. Like other products using AA batteries, not the longest life. But doable.The “blow out the light” option sounds cute, but haven’t found that to work. I have gotten the shaking action to turn off lights - but hit or miss. And have to shake quite vigorously. Don’t use that option. Says can play music but haven’t explored.Fun lights. Allow me to have on shelf and get flickering like a candle without the danger. Maybe more costly than the value. But not too bad.Agree with previous reviewer about app. Not as smooth and easy as other apps for smart bulbs and appliances. A timer option would be nice.

I came here for 2 reasons.#1 - I really like the product. It is a set of 3 "bulbs" that are battery operated and color changing. You can control them with an app, but I like to use them as is. You blow into them like a candle to turn on and off - very fun. The first set went to my daughter so I bought another set with one to keep and 2 to give away. Everyone has loved them. The one I kept ended up having an odd problem. It was as if the base was glued on and I could not get it open to insert the batteries.This brings me to the #2 reason I am here. I contacted Amazon and they told me to contact the manufacturer - Mipow. I thought, oh no, this will not go well since I had already given away part of the set, but I was thrilled with their customer service. They got back to me very quickly and an offer to make it right. I did not have to go through the hassle of sending back the defective bulb - which was a big plus. They gave me a time frame for the replacement and took care of me very well. I would definitely recommend the product and the company! And no, I did not get paid to write this. I think they did what they said they would do, which can be rare.

App has two options that appear to work independently. Program each candle separately or program them as a group. When programmed separately, there is greater flexibility as each candle is independent, however, the programming seems to get lost frequently and they get off sync (one loses color). SHould be more options in the mobile app and possibly an autosave feature, so one does not have to double-check programming was saved. They appear to lose the programming when the phone goes out of range (ie: leave the house).

These are very cool!That they can be managed through a phone app is nice and convenient. The color and pattern options are easily accessible and have a color wheel.The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that they are a bit fragile. Don’t drop one, even from about 5”.Otherwise these are great!

Loving the lightening in my Livingroom! The settings are awesome and app is easy to maneuver. Shipping was on time, candles were easy to set up, and scented refills were a plus.

It’s ok for a night light for your kids, other than that everything they said it would do it didn’t. It’s good to have in the bathroom in the middle of the night when you stroll in there half sleep lol kept me from peeing on the toilet seat

The pictures don’t do justice to the vibrancy of the colors. I downloaded the PLAYBULB X app to easily sync the bulbs for a color changing effect. Each bulb takes 3 AA batteries. We’ll see how long they last. For our small apartment one candle is really enough for one room, but we like them so much that we’re keeping all three candles.

I love the lights! Was given one as a gift and purchased 3 more. I love them around the house without worrying about fire hazard. The only issue is the scent circles do not work on mine or the scent is so light that i can't smell them :(
