Paleolicious Bread Baking Mix. Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free, YEAST FREE, Lo Carb, No Dairy, No Soy, Easy to Make, Best Tasting

I actually just finished making some rolls just now, when I checked my email asking me to review this product. I am hesitant because last paleo item I reviewed, I wasn’t able to get for two months.This is the best paleo bread I have found so far. I used to use Simple Mills but this is better and you get more package, a higher yield.I prefer making rolls using a cupcake tin. Make sure you oil it well, I used coconut spray and they stuck. I am using ghee now and no problem there. I like rolls better because when you toast them the whole outside is crispy, you won’t get that with bread. If you do make the bread you will get a real good sized loaf but make sure to bake it fully. I made that mistake the first time.They are so good with ghee and cherry preserves. I know that isn’t really paleo but ghee is the only dairy I eat. They are good on their own too, for those that do not eat ghee or preserves like me. I am on this diet for Lupus, a gluten allergy and all grains in general give me inflammation.I have to stop eating so many rolls a day, the are addictive when you have go so long without decent bread.

Followed directions to the letter. Looked awful, aroma was unappealing. Consistency of bad cornbread, but even bad cornbread would taste better.

This is an excellent paleo bread mix. It's easy to use and comes out tasting like bread, not cardboard like some paleo breads taste. Make sure you follow the instructions, use a good quality bread loaf pan, and don't worry if the batter seems to be too liquid — it firms up as it bakes. It's delicious and smells so good as it bakes. I highly recommend the mix!!

I am on an autoimmune diet and love and miss bread. This bread is such a gift- amazingly quick and easy to make with healthy and non inflammatory ingredients. I comes out thick, moist and soft and can be eaten alone or sliced for sandwiches. The price is very reasonable for the quality product and I've tried other several other paleo bread mixes. I highly recommend.

Well, we tried the product and among others, it has no chance to compete.The final product is ok to eat but it is not very outstanding quality.The price for the quantity, 1 bread, is way too high. Makes more sense to buy the bread from WHole Foods or Adas, where similar bread, with much higher quality costs around 5$.Overall, we cannot recommend the product.

Followed all directions on the package. Came out too runny. Cooked for hours and it still did not bake well inside. Small loaf for a finished product.

Cons: I followed the directions exactly and it turned out like soup. It wasn't a batter. I had to mix in another bread flour to thicken it.Pros: after some modifications, it turned out very tasty!

My misunderstanding was the description of the product, that has been fixed. I must say I loved the bread and I’ve used it several times. I made mini loaves and shared them, they were loved by all. Truly a 5 star product!!!!!
