Tastes like the smell of cat pee mixed with stale,winter squash. Only a hint of sweet overtone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TASTE BUDS. It is non-returnable so will toss out. Came from Korea looks like, no english on pkg. One of the worst purchases I have ever made on Amazon. Buy a dehydrator and dry your own then grind into powder.....got to be a whole lot better taste. Oh, and did I mention that it took a long time to finally arrive?
